DESIGNED WITH YOU, BUILT FOR YOU

Whether working from your pre-designed solutions or with our team creating the schematics, we work alongside you to ensure complete compatibility on-site. Then, our skilled factory team interprets the complex rebar assembly and fixing drawings to fabricate them – removing this responsibility from your site teams. These units can be Mig welded or wire tied with additional reinforcement as needed, to ensure that the integrity of the assembly is maintained during transportation and placing on-site.

CARPET REINFORCEMENT

Supplied from our patented Rollmaster machines, our carpet reinforcement (welded rollmat) system provides a fast and cost-effective way of placing large areas of slab reinforcement. Each roll is designed and produced specifically to deliver steel in one direction to enable the maximisation of rebar lengths, while also allowing for greater accuracy and control of the bar spacings.

It also goes without saying that ahead of any contract starting, our team will produce detailed CAD drawings of the rebar cages to simplify the approval process and provide a clear record of the steel components within the pile to aid inspection.
